POLICIES AT THE BERNERSHOP

SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

All items will generate shipping costs based on the size & weight of the items you are buying. The BernerShop will package your items and send via Royal Mail within 48 hours of your order ( excluding weekends).

Items lost or damaged in transit must be reported to the Shop Manager ASAP

If you would like to collect your items in person at one of the many, many dog shows that take place over each year then please get in touch before you complete your checkout. If we are at that same dog show then we would be happy to hand you your items in person with no carriage cost.

RETURNS

The Small Print

As the BernerShop is run solely for the benefit of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Great Britain then any returns must be agreed with the Shop Manager before they will be accepted. We normally will attempt to exchange your item for another ( as long as it in stock) before agreeing to a refund.
